At Peace with the Lord....

We would like to say thank you to all for praying for Isaac and our family since his birth. Isaac passed away this morning around 9:30 am. Joe and I were both able to hold him for the last precious moments of his life. We are at peace knowing that Isaac is with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was a very special little boy and he always will be. We know that Isaac touched many people while he was here so we would like to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to pay their respects to attend his funeral service at Engleside Baptist Church on Saturday, December 2, 2006 at 10:30 am. The address is 8428 Highland Lane, Alexandria, Virginia.
The phone number is 703-780-5410 if you need directions or if you would like to send flowers. You will never know how much we appreciate all of your prayers, love, and kindness to our family. Please pray that God would continue to sustain us during this time of greif. We have included the first picture of him because that is how we would like him to be remembered. God Bless all of you!!!

Dear Family, there are no words that we can say that will minimize your pain and your sorrow.
We do pray that God will give you the strength needed to continue. One consolation is that the promise that God has given you is that one day you will see him again in glory. What a glorious day that will be! Until then, may the good Lord fill you all with his mercy and joy.
In Christian love,

Thank you, Family in Christ, for considering us during this time. We are so happy for where Isaac is right now. The sadness is in the time that it will be before we can see him again, Lord willing. He was such a bright light in our life recently. Pray that the darkness that is in our hearts will be replaced with the joy of the Lord once again.

Lori and Joe,
We're praying for you and your family as you go through this trial. Continue to look to the Lord for the strength and grace only He can give to you during this loss.

We love you, but more importantly our great God and Savior loves you.

"For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Romans 8:38-39

Joe, Lori, Christian & Aaron, we here at Grace Baptist Church have prayed for your family and baby Isaac in recent weeks, and we weep with you now as God has seen fit to take little Isaac away from you to be with Him. Praise God that we will join him one day when we cast off these frail mortal bodies and enter into the beautiful Kingdom of Heaven. May our Heavenly Father bring you His perfect comfort and the firm assurance that He remains our sovereign, wise, and loving God.
